Skeatur Jones is an Artist, Producer, Writer, and Engineer who has invented his own sound called “Bluegrap”, which is the live instrumentation of Bluegrass Country music, the hard-hitting drums, and 808 of Trap music. Skeatur’s love for music began in the 4th grade when he began playing live instruments and continued playing through-out junior high and high school. He also sung in the school and church choir. His life has been filled with nothing but music.Coming out of the tumultuous streets of East St. Louis, he was determined to be the first in his family to become successful and wealthy to change the generational curse of struggle within his family.

His professional career began in as a singer in a R&B group called “Universoul” where he did the writing and the vocal production with added to his skill set. He then moved on after the group separated, and became a rapper. Because he couldn’t afford to pay someone to engineer, he hustled up the money to get his own equipment, and began to engineer for himself. That’s when he grew a passion for engineering. Refusing to work a 9-5, the well-rounded hit maker began to produce and write hit records for others to make a living.
